User Data Deletion
Last updated: 4 November 2026
This page explains how users of DFlow (Dedic Infotech / dsitesai.com) can delete their account data and disconnect third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, and X.
1. Disconnect a social account
- Sign in to DFlow at https://dflow.dsitesai.com
- Open Accounts
- Choose the connected platform and disconnect it
Disconnecting removes DFlow’s stored OAuth tokens for that platform. Content already published on the platform stays on that platform until you remove it there.
2. Revoke Meta / Facebook access
You can also remove DFlow from Meta: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites) → remove Dflow.
3. Delete your full DFlow account
Email dedicinfotech@gmail.com from the same Google email you use to sign in to DFlow, with subject DFlow account deletion.
Include:
- Your DFlow login email
- Confirmation that you want the account and associated personal data deleted
We typically complete deletion or anonymization within 30 days, except limited records we must keep for security, disputes, or legal compliance.
4. What we delete
- Your DFlow user profile and session data
- Connected social account tokens and connection records
- Drafts, schedules, and media stored for you in DFlow (where still present)
Posts already live on Facebook, Instagram, or other networks are not removed by DFlow; delete those in each app if needed.
