Terms of Service

DFlow lets you create, schedule, and publish social content to platforms you connect (such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and X). Features depend on configuration and each platform’s APIs and policies.

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must provide accurate information and use a verified Google email.

When you Connect a third-party account, you authorize DFlow to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant (for example uploading or posting). You must comply with each platform’s terms, community guidelines, and copyright rules. We are not responsible for platform outages, API changes, suspensions, or content rejections by those platforms.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate DFlow features you use (including publishing to connected accounts and optional AI assistance). You represent that you have the rights to the content and media you upload and that publishing it does not violate law or third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Use DFlow for spam, malware, harassment, or illegal content.
• Attempt to access another user’s workspace or reverse-engineer the service abusively.
• Overload or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when publishing.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Optional AI tools may generate suggestions (titles, captions, hashtags). Outputs can be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.

We provide DFlow on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DFlow is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Publishing results depend on third-party platforms outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of DFlow. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us for DFlow in the prior three months (if any) or zero if the service is provided free of charge.
